SKYfx Offers Two Installation Options
Self Installation
Self installation allows the customer to be responsible for the complete installation of the dish. All customers choosing this package will receive a free copy of the self installation manual (PDF format) and access to tech support 24/7 for any additional information. We have included a satellite finder to make your life as an installer less stressful. It will alert you when you have successfully found and locked onto the satellite.
Professional installation
Professional installation is done by independent contractors who are fully licensed and insured. This installation includes installation of a standard dish and all the necessary software and hardware. Customers will be required sign a customer satisfaction job sheet upon completion of the installation. The price for this option is approximately $150 and varies greatly due to region. This fee must be paid even if the installer cannot complete the installation due to hardware/software failure of the customer's computer. The fee is non-refundable.

*Please note that all customers must have their computer in good working order. SKYfx will not be responsible for any failed installation due to defective computer hardware or software issues. These issues include but are not limited to the presence of Viruses, Trojans, Worms, Adware, or any hardware failures. If the customer needs computer repair before completing the installation, SKYfx recommends the customer repair the computer and then make arrangements to call our support office at the rate of $30.00 for further assistance. If an installer returns to complete the installation the fee will at the installer's discretion.
