• I am familiar with the installation instructions at (skyfx installation manual),
• If I am chosen to participate, I have the tools and the ability to install a small satellite dish on my property similar to the installation shown in the install section of skyfx.
• I am willing and able to objectively comment on both the good and bad aspects of the equipment that I will be evaluating, and I will be available at reasonable hours to answer questions regarding my usage of the equipment.
• I understand that I will not own any of the equipment during the testing phase, and that new, or similar equipment may be sent to me from time to time during the testing phase.
• I further understand, that at the end of the testing period (approx 160 days), the company will provide a return shipping label for the equipment to be returned.
• I also understand that the satellite dish is not considered equipment that needs to be returned.
• I understand that I will be able to utilize the satellite broadband connection to it's fullest capacity during the testing phase, and that there will be no charge from the company for any content that I download, copy, or record from the internet through the supplied connection.
